Injection Moulded Thermoplastic Rubbers

To complement the service we offer with our heat vulcanised rubbers, we are also able to supply a range of Injection Moulded Thermoplastic Rubbers. The use of this type of material is growing in popularity and can be cost effective even when larger volume production is not required.

    

SANTOPRENE

Working Temperature Range.

-40 °C to +140 °C
Developed as an alternative to EPDM, Butyl or Natural Rubber.
Grades available for use in the Food and Drinks Industries.
F.D.A. compliant grades can be steam sterilised.

EVOPRENE
Working Temperature Range -40 °C to +140 °C
Excellent Ozone and U.V. resistance.
F.D.A.compliant grades available.
This is a non marking material.

GEOLAST
Working Temperature Range. -50 °C to +100 °C
Developed as an alternative to Nitrile Rubber.
Used for Hydraulic and Pneumatic Seals.
Can be used with Brake and Clutch Fluids.

POLYURETHANE
Standard material has working temperature range. -50 °C to +80 °C
Excellent abrasion resistance, flex life and elasticity.
Resistant to many chemicals, oils and solvents.
Used for Hydraulic and Pneumatic Seals.

HYTREL
Offered as an alternative to Polyurethane when higher temperature resistance (up to +130 °C) or F.D.A. compliance is required.
